Finding Motivation When WFH

Hi!

How is your day so far? Hopefully, you’re not feeling stressed.

However, if you are - don’t worry. In this post, I’m going to be shared with you my remote working experience from last month that will definitely help you get your energy and drive back into gear.

To be honest, it’s all too easy to become strained while doing WFH.

Here are a few examples of things that can push your motivation and energy:

  • Your boss adds more and more work on your shoulder
  • Your clients want things NOW
  • Your life partner asks you to spend more time with her, leaving you feeling embarrassed
  • Your little kid asks you to spend more time with him, leaving you feeling uncomfortable
  • Your burnt-out mind keeps you awake at night

It’s not hard to imagine how a combination of just a few of the above would rapidly lead you to suffer exhaustion. And, picture if all 5 reasons were present in your life - you’d be in trouble quickly!

Surely, stress can be clearly overcome.

Warning signs of stress

The first step is to identify the early signs of stress. We often dismiss or excuse them away. We are just dedicated to our jobs, honoring our commitments, or being a good parent, child, or friend. Those are merely our excuses so that we can go on doing what we’ve been doing. We need to pay attention to the signs.

There are three categories of it.

1. Mental signs:

  • Self-doubt
  • Feeling helpless
  • Loss of motivation and interest
  • Impatient attitude
  • Lack of a sense of satisfaction
  • Feeling detachment from the rest of the world
  • Frequent distraction and an inability to focus
  • Short term memory loss

2. Physical signs:

  • Lack of energy
  • Loss of hunger
  • Loss of interest in intimacy
  • Insomnia
  • Frequent headaches
  • Back and neck pain
  • Muscle and joint aches

3. Behavioral signs:

  • Irregular daily routine
  • Increase in conflicts both in the personal life and profession
  • Change in personal hygiene
  • Self-imposed isolation
  • Procrastination
  • Lack of willingness to take responsibility
  • Addicted to alcohol, smoke, drugs

What can you do?

  • When you see the warning signs; pay attention
  • Allow more time for rest and relaxation
  • Explore your creative side, and engage in activities you enjoy
  • Regularly disconnect from technology; smartphone, computers, etc.
  • Make it a priority to get more sleep
  • Eat a healthier diet
  • Engage in regular exercise
  • Start meditation

Learning how to manage stress is critical when you’re on the path to breakdown. It is much easier to avoid exhaustion than to recover from it.

Tips to stay healthy while working from home

Do you dream of living a healthy lifestyle or want to manage your stress?

What you also may know is that it isn’t as hard as you think to live a healthy lifestyle if you follow the basics.

And some customized solutions in addition to the above points.

How I stay motivated when I’m working remotely?

These are my strategies for finding motivation even when I am feeling worried:

  • Focus on improving yourself instead of others
  • Embrace your limitations and defeat the fear of failure
  • Find out the reason behind your stress:
  • Be it - career
    • Family
    • Friends
    • Money
    • Personal growth
    • Health
    • Romance
    • Fun - kill it!

Remember, you alone are enough. But, agree to take help from your friends.

Conclusion

Remember, suffer exhaustion from time to time is normal and we just can’t get motivated at times.

Sometimes, solutions are easy to find, as in my case, just need to see around. But sometimes, it can be hard to find, fixed with building a new habit or a drastic change in lifestyle and giving yourself some downtime.

For some of the friends, burnout was severe and it took overhauling their entire life to dig their way out. But in the end, they feel so much more motivated, re-energized, and happier for it. And now their life stories become an inspiration to others like me.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed with all of the responsibilities on your shoulder and with all of the things you’re thinking you need to change, remember to focus on the ONE thing that’s going to make the biggest impact. You can do it too.

My thing was producing ROI for my employer and managing my team whilst working from home weeks after weeks. Which, after months of stressing about it, was accomplished through meditation. And as soon as I did it I instantly felt more motivated and relieved.

Save your precious energy for only doing the things that truly matter right now in your personal life and your motivation will start coming back sooner than later to influence your profession.

Now you know the signs of stress and how to overcome it. All that’s missing action!

Please let us know how some of the advice from the above post may have helped you. I’d love to hear your experiences, thoughts, and stories.

Cheers!

Application of SETs | Introduction to SETs, Part V

Continuation from previous posts

  1. Introduction to SETs, Part1
  2. Introduction to SETs, Part II
  3. Introduction to SETs, Part III
  4. Laws of sets
Now we learn some application of sets that helpful in solving many practical problems. We have already familiar with Venn diagrams that are helpful in establishing many important relations between different sets.
1. n(A ∪ B) = n(A) + n(B) – n(A ∩ B)
2. n(A ∪ B) = n(A - B) + n(A ∩ B) + n(B - A)
3. n(A - B) = n(A) - n(A ∩ B)
4. n(B - A) = n(B) - n(A ∩ B)
5. n(A ∪ B ∪ C) = n(A) + n(B) + n(C) - n(A ∩ B) - n(A ∩ C) - n(B ∩ C) + n(A ∩ B ∩ C)

Based on the above formula let us consider an example.

Example_1: From a Spanish football club’s 30 players, 24 can speak Spanish and 9 can speak English. Then how many can speak
(i) both Spanish and English
(ii) Spanish only
(iii) English only

Solution_1: Let A and B denotes the set of players who can speak Spanish and English, respectively. Then in usual notations, we are given

n(A ∪ B) = 30, n(A) = 24, n(B) = 9

(i) We know that
n(A ∪ B) = n(A) + n(B) – n(A ∩ B)
=> 24 + 9 – n(A ∩ B)
=> 33 – 30
=> 3

\ Number of players who can speak both Spanish and English = 3

(ii) We know that
n(A - B) = n(A) - n(A ∩ B)
=> 24 – 3
=> 21

\ Number of players who can speak Spanish only = 21

(iii) We know that
n(B - A) = n(B) - n(A ∩ B)
=> 9 – 3
=> 6

\ Number of players who can speak English only = 6

Example_2: Out of 50 employees in a company, 24 play cricket, 15 play hockey, 18 play football, 6 play cricket and hockey, 8 play cricket and football, 5 play hockey and football and 10 employees do not play any of the three games. Then how may play
(i) All the three games,
(ii) Hockey (H) but not football (F),
(iii) Cricket (C) and football but not hockey

Solution_2: Let C, H, F denotes the set of employees who play cricket, hockey and football respectively. Then in usual notations, we are given

n(C) = 24, n(H) = 15, n(F) = 18, n(C ∩ H) = 6, n(C ∩ F) = 8, n(H ∩ F) = 5, n(C’ ∩ H’ ∩ F’) = 10

(i) First we have to find out the number of employees who play at least one of the three games which is given as

n(C ∪ H ∪ F) = 50 - n(C’ ∩ H’ ∩ F’) = 50 – 10 = 40

Now from application of sets we know that,
n(C ∪ H ∪ F) = n(C) + n(H) + n(F) - n(C ∩ H) - n(C ∩ F) - n(H ∩ F) + n(C ∩ H ∩ F)
=> n(C ∪ H ∪ F) = 24 + 15 + 18 – 6 – 8 – 5 + n(C ∩ H ∩ F)
=> 40 = 38 + n(C ∩ H ∩ F)
=> n(C ∩ H ∩ F) = 40 – 38 = 2

\ Number of employees who play all the three games = 2

(ii) As from application of sets we know that,
n(H - F) = n(H) – n(H ∩ F)
=> 15 – 5
=> 10

\ Number of employees who play hockey but not football = 10

(iii) To find out those employees who play cricket and football but not hockey are,
n((C ∩ F) - H)
= n(C ∩ F) – n((C ∩ F) ∩ H)
= 8 – 2
= 6

\ Number of employees who play cricket and football but not hockey = 6

In my SETs theory articles series I have covered definition of set with examples, methods of writing sets, empty set, singleton set, finite set, infinite set, equivalent set, equal set, subsets, proper subset, super set, universal set, power set, Venn diagrams, various operations on sets, idempotent, identity, commutative, associative, distributive and De-Morgan's laws.

SOME USEFUL AND IMPORTANT LAWS
Continuation of previous posts
  1. Introduction to SETs, Part1
  2. Introduction to SETs, Part II
  3. Introduction to SETs, Part III
Topics covered in this post are
  1. Idempotent Laws
  2. Identity Laws
  3. Commutative Laws
  4. Associative Laws
  5. Distributive Laws
  6. De-Morgan’s Laws
  7. Verify De-Morgan’s Laws
  8. Verify Distributive Laws
Some commonly used laws of sets are,

1. Idempotent Laws

For any set A
(i) A ∪ A = A
(ii) A ∩ A = A

2. Identity Laws

For any subset A of the universal set U
A ∪ Ø = A, A ∩ U = A, where Ø is empty set

3. Commutative Laws

For any two sets A and B
(i) A ∪ B = B ∪ A
(ii) A ∩ B = B ∩ A

4. Associative Laws

If A, B, C are any three sets then
(i) (A ∪ B) ∪ C = A ∪ (B ∪ C)
(ii) (A ∩ B) ∩ C = A ∩ (B ∩ C)

5. Distributive Laws

If A, B, C are any three sets then
(i) A ∪ (B ∩ C) = (A ∪ B)∩ (A ∪ C)
(ii) A ∩ (B ∪ C) = (A ∩ B) ∪ (A ∩ C)

6. De-Morgan’s Laws

For any two sets A and B
(i) (A ∪ B)’ = A’ ∩ B’
(ii) (A ∩ B)’ = A’ ∪ B’

Example: Now let’s verify (a) De-Morgan’s Laws and (b) Distributive Laws with the sets, A = {1, 3, 5}, B = {3, 5, 7, 9}, C = {2, 6, 8, 9} are subsets of universal set U = {1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9}.

(a) De-Morgan’s laws state that
(i) (A ∪ B)’ = A’ ∩ B’
(ii) (A ∩ B)’ = A’ ∪ B’

To verify (i)

A ∪ B = {1, 3, 5, 7, 9}
\ (A ∪ B)’ = {2, 6, 8}

A’ = {2, 6, 7, 8, 9}
B’ = {1, 2, 6, 8}
\ A’ ∩ B’ = {2, 6, 8}

Hence verified that, (A ∪ B)’ = A’ ∩ B’

To verify (ii)

A ∩ B = {3, 5}
\ (A ∩ B)’ = {1, 2, 6, 7, 8, 9} and
A’ ∪ B’ = {1, 2, 6, 7, 8, 9}

Hence verified that, (A ∩ B)’ = A’ ∪ B’

(b) Distributive laws state that
(i) A ∪ (B ∩ C) = (A ∪ B)∩ (A ∪ C)
(ii) A ∩ (B ∪ C) = (A ∩ B) ∪ (A ∩ C)

To verify (i)

B ∩ C = {9}
\ A ∪ (B ∩ C) = {1, 3, 5, 9}

(A ∪ B) = {1, 3, 5, 7, 9}
(A ∪ C) = {1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 8, 9}
(A ∪ B)∩ (A ∪ C) = {1, 3, 5, 9}

Hence verified that, A ∪ (B ∩ C) = (A ∪ B) ∩ (A ∪ C)

To verify (ii)

B ∪ C = {2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9}
A ∩ (B ∪ C) = {3, 5}

A ∩ B = {3, 5}
A ∩ C = {}
\ (A ∩ B)∪ (A ∩ C) = {3, 5}

Hence verified that, A ∩ (B ∪ C) = (A ∩ B) ∪ (A ∩ C)

What Skills Do SEO Managers Need?

To be a true SEO professional today it’s become more essential than ever to develop a good range of skills and knowledge across a range of different disciples. The capability to work with different teams and specialists aids SEOs to collaborate efficiently, and help make real progress.

Knowledge yields creativity.

There are not so many SEOs around who, whilst mastering in a single area or discipline (e.g. social media, UX, analytics, paid advertisement), develop an intermediate level of knowledge across a variety of inter-related skills.

Why I am saying this?

Below are the five reasons to consider if you want to do SEO now as effectively as possible:

  • Improve organizational integration
  • Know your customer
  • Mix technical and general marketing skills
  • Magnify digital knowledge
  • Think and perform like you are in a start-up

SEO can be a fantastic, relatively low-cost way to drive quality visitors who want to do business with you if you do SEO professionally.

What makes you an SEO professional?

SEO is an area of digital marketing that has faced considerable change over the last few years. From the introduction of major Google algorithm updates and the rise of machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) to the de-prioritizing of keywords, prioritizing “intent-based search” and the impact of mobile. SEOs now need the agility and open-mindedness that many other professionals do now.

The modern SEO approach, therefore, feels like a useful framework for SEO professionals to follow, irrespective of experience level. Today’s SEO managers must have a wide range of skills to ensure they drive rankings and quality organic traffic to the websites through relevance, quality content, and earned backlinks.

Previously in this blog, I have shared some guidance on the roles and responsibilities for webmaster jobs but within this post, we’re going to look more specifically at the skills SEO managers must develop to master their profession.

So here are seven top skills and qualities of a professional search engine optimization (SEO) manager:

1. Set a planned action-plan

The ability to develop a tactical standpoint and align SEO plans to the goals and objectives of the business is indispensable. A strategic perspective enables you to define an action plan and create a path for how you see organic search adding value over time into the business.

Some simple ideas to consider as a starting point include:

  • Get to know the business - what are the organization’s priority goals and objectives?
  • What are the primary products/services?
  • What are the USPs and obstacles that are the business’s highlighted areas?
  • Recognize trends - take time to analyze the digital landscape and find the SEO trends that are likely to have the biggest impact on the business. How do these tie into ROI?

Develop a ‘vision’ - establish the role SEO will play in achieving the business’s short, medium, and long-term targets and mix this with other teams and managers to set in.

2. Be a humble follower to become a trendsetter

SEO managers should have a solid and up-to-date knowledge base of the most effective organic search tactics. With search engines becoming ever more sophisticated, it’s not logical to simply follow the tried and trusted tactics from the past to achieve success always. On top of that, reacting hastily to every algorithm change will likely get you in trouble!

3. Leverage the power of content marketing

‘Content is king’ is a well-known industry cliché. There are distinct benefits to integrating SEO and content marketing, comprising:

  • Keyword research
  • Campaign planning
  • Developing quality content
  • Content sharing
  • ROI analysis

The overarching benefit of taking a more content-centered approach is that it takes SEO to a new height that can add value right across the marketing and advertising mix, particularly concerning the outcome of any campaign in long run.

4. Do data analysis and get real insights

Whilst data analysis the job of a specialist, the ability to analyze data and highlight actionable insights will give SEOs a huge advantage over others. Smart analysis and insight is a key component in driving the business forward and is another factor that will give SEOs both credibility and a strategic edge within the company.

There are two areas where SEO managers can add value:

  • A clear view of performance KPIs and success metrics - The more you can measure how you’re performing, the better your strategy back the operational SEO success.
  • Study competitions and set the benchmark - Successfully benchmark performance vs. competitors, providing you with an understanding of gaps, opportunities, and areas for development.

5. Online reputation management

SEO is not about building content and optimizing websites in isolation. As discussed earlier regarding a strategic perspective, it’s important to predict the future and this involves developing a strong appreciation and understanding of the brand and how this aligns with business objectives. Such awareness will help to sustain brand value online and comprehend the SEO roadmap.

SEO managers now necessarily need to become branding experts, they should be confident in articulating, influencing, and controlling a brand over the internet and social media about how it affects the customers.

You need to question yourself continuously, why a brand exists, and find what they do, and relate how they do it with your situation.

6. Man management and team building

Many SEO managers work as independent consultants or individual contributors. However many others either have a team or have aspirations to manage others one day.

Man management is a difficult skill to master but one that all managers must possess. As teams become bigger, the SEO manager must develop the ability to utilize resources, motivate the team, and ensure that the strategy is being executed.

This often involves taking a step back and allowing others to execute tasks. This transition can be difficult, especially if you used to do everything alone. But it’s critical to make this change otherwise it could hurt team dynamics.

The following key components are absolutely essential for man-management:

  • Selection
  • Expectation setting
  • Motivation
  • Development
  • Feedback exchange

7. Stakeholder management

As well as managing your own team, influencing others across the organization is also a key competency to master. It’s not possible to manage SEO in isolation; instead, SEO should be considered from a cohesive viewpoint and therefore dealing with the concerns and interests of multiple stakeholders.

As with people management, stakeholder management is a very important skill, involving a blend of thoughtfulness, astute analysis and empathy are essentials. Some of the key stakeholders I would advise the SEO manager should keep in mind include:

  • Senior management
  • Brand
  • PR
  • Agency
  • Search engines

How to hire an SEO manager?

Managing SEO today involves more than being a skilled technician and practitioner. The modern SEO manager must possess a wide array of skills and abilities to enable them to effectively manage tactics and set a vision whilst at the same time implement up-to-date strategies that cover on-page, off-page, and technical elements of SEO.

The modern SEO manager must also be a smart leader of people and multiple stakeholders and understand the role of the brand for the growth of a business.

Not how hard, but how smart you are, will direct how effective an SEO manager is and can progress career development. Managers should continue to produce output and generate ROI within the discipline of SEO but also develop broader skills in other technical areas (such as UI analysis, PPC, and web development) and softer skills (people management, communication).

Love to hear your agreement on disagreement on my post in the comments.

The Art Of Setting Google Analytics Goals

Hi!

Let me ask you a question.

How do you set goals in Google Analytics?

This may seem like a common question, but it's important to consider if you really want to get anything done.

Many people have SMART goals, or for example, goals based on revenue, acquisition, inquiry, engagement, or some custom goals.

So far so good; but there is one problem.

Most business goals actually consist of many smaller goals. If you don't tend to these smaller goals it can be really hard to ever reach your bigger business goal which is possibly generating ROI.

Let's consider an example. If you want to run an ad campaign, you'll need to first set out your campaign KPIs, who you want your ads to be shown, how much you think you'll need to spend on it, and why you're running it, among many other considerations.

These are all smaller goals that you'll need to complete to reach your set KPIs. You'll find, the more you break down your bigger goals, the even smaller goals will come about. Yet, you'll also find that as you complete these smaller goals, you'll find a great sense of accomplishment, which is an excellent motivator. Because these smaller goals are like taking small steps to reach targets.

So, your foundation smaller goal list for running an ad campaign could look something like this:

  • Define campaign goal(s)
  • Create a plan
  • Define the target audience
  • Finalize a platform to run a campaign
  • Determine how many hours/minutes per day you can spend
  • Figure out how many resources you need to involve
  • Estimate the final budget
  • Create an outline of landing pages
  • Select keywords
  • Determine how much research will need to be done
  • Complete writing text ad copies etc.

As you check off each smaller goal, you'll be one step closer to achieving campaign goal(s)!

That's the beauty of breaking down your big goals into smaller ones. They will be easier to tackle - so easy, in fact, that it may be hard for you to resist doing them!

Breaking down big goals is only part of the path to reaching them. In fact, setting goals meaningfully in Google Analytics is a big step in and of itself.

To understand what I mean by this, keep on reading this post.

How to set goals in Google Analytics to be a great digital marketer?

Achieving goals deserves a party but setting these goals in the first place is a great feat in itself.

While the big goals serve as a destination, the journey is probably the most significant part of the process. It reflects your progress, your growth, and your ability to take control and steer your campaign towards success.

Whatever your goal is, once you’ve set your sights on your goal, the next stage is to take a confident approach towards how you will get there.

To do that -

1. Be very specific

When it comes to setting your goals in Google Analytics, honing in on its specifics is crucial for success.

Get clear on what you want to set as your goal so you can create solid funnels towards it.

It may not seem significant, but creating funnels in your goal by specifying a definite step, will help create and structure the goals needed to achieve it more purposefully.

2. Identify the groundwork you need to achieve your goal

It’s easy to set a goal and forget it. But this way of going about achieving goals will only give you back superfluous results.

Self-managing your goals is a crucial step in the digital marketing process. This involves taking control of your website, owning its code, and making sure you set up the Analytics tracking code onto your website properly to make it happen.

3. Focus on manageable goals only

The secret to achieving your business goals is to create smaller goals within each step and take action. We should focus on progress, no matter how small it may seem.

These small steps build up the platform, to make the whole process much less daunting and overwhelming.

In the ad campaign scenario, there are several smaller goals you could think about implement:

  • Decide to make an appointment with the client asking what budget would be available to you if you were to go into Google and Facebook ads. Get ideas on how much you would need to allocate in each platform to reach your campaign goal on time
  • Set up and start to make adjustments to the tracking code for capturing conversions accurately
  • Research and commit adding new keywords to the existing list a certain amount each month for expansion of campaigns
  • Make sure you meet with your client each month to make sure your ad campaign plan remains the best one for him. Research new trends to move effort into to reap the best returns in ROI
  • Start investing in social media to building up a library of content that covers where you want to go

Think about starting a new platform to promote the client’s product/service that will help you get the most out of their total advertising budget.

4. Get started

Creating a KPI sheet in which you can start writing down figures like, conversions, conversion rate, and results after conversion rate optimization is where the magic happens. This is where the real momentum towards your running the campaign objective starts!

Create a calendar (for example, think of a Google spreadsheet), share it with your client, and start by writing in every little step until your campaign’s goal has been reached.

As I mentioned earlier, it may seem such a small step but it’s crucial and is the most important element in your digital marketing project’s success. Once you cross this off, you can focus on the meeting itself, then once that’s ticked off, you are in a position of starting the next task, and so the process continues. You are now on your plan for achieving your campaign goal.

5. Review, revise, repeat

Taking a step back and reviewing your campaigns’ performance is essential for keeping the focus on the right track.

It’s impeccable to sit down and take a look at your digital marketing plan. Check how far you’ve come. Also, think about changing any of the remaining steps in light of goal conversion data.

Has anything changed?

Do you still feel the same about your goal? It’s normal with changing business requirements, change in marketing and advertising goals over time also changes.

Are there any new funnel steps you want to add as a result of Google Analytics?

Remember, realigning your goal to any changes is important and it’s also important to keep on the right trajectory towards it.

Be the best personal goal-setter, become a professional goal-getter

Having personal goals gives you purpose and the feeling of becoming a better version of yourself in professional matters.

But it’s the smaller steps within these bigger goals that the progress and success really lying:

  • Whatever your goal is, make sure you set specific action plans when you want to achieve it. This helps you focus on the necessary steps much more efficiently
  • Research and find the best route to get to the end result
  • Break the primary goal down into smaller, manageable secondary goals
  • Create a schedule for achieving each smaller goal

Review your goal journey and validate the purpose of a goal periodically, readjusting steps according to changes in context. Keep going and always focus on the end goal. Remember the ‘why’ behind your goal throughout to keep you driven and confident.

Hopefully, you’ll reconsider how you can set up your goals in Google Analytics and break down a big goal into smaller goals and start optimizing campaigns’ ROI! If so, please share your feedback here.

Cheers!

5 Must-Have Campaign Management Skills

Hi,

The term campaign management is used a lot in the digital marketing industry, but what does it actually mean? Is it about enhancing the ROI, or maybe improving your brand's presence on the web? Both, actually!

It means acquiring the skills that are required to generate ROI consistently for ad campaigns and build a brand profile through marketing. When these campaign management skills are job-profile-specific, they have a positive impact on your workplace productivity and your career ambitions. When they are self-development-specific, they help you achieve success as a human being.

Accomplish your professional goals with these 5 must-have campaign management skills through personal developments!

#1 Requirement understanding skills

Core skills required to grow your campaign -

The skills to develop and manage your campaign include planning your campaign - to ensure you achieve your goals. Self-awareness - to recognize your product/service’s USPs and the opportunities to work on them. It also helps you understand how you beat your competitors and capture the market share.

#2 Communication skills

Listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

Communication skills are the capabilities you use when giving and receiving different kinds of information and then refining and utilizing the same for managing your campaigns. Some examples include sharing new product feature based on customer feedback, collect data from the sales team, and compare it with data received from marketing on your project, and then updating all the stakeholders accordingly. Communication skills involve listening, speaking, observing, and empathizing.

In the process of managing campaigns effectively, one of the most important skills to possess is creating good communicative ads. Visitors prefer ads that can communicate with them effectively; it means the ads are providing answers to the customers’ query precisely, can able to maintain higher CTR, as well as successfully keep optimized cost per click and conversion rate.

Great campaign managers are competent and have vast knowledge about their areas of expertise. They are prepared to show people in-house and potential customers that their ads are accurately enticing. They place a high value on providing effective and authentic ad copies and landing pages because they want to keep an environment of respect and engagement.

#3 Leadership skills

Essential skills needed to lead and manage employees and teams.

Leaders help themselves and others to do the right things. They set paths, build an inspiring vision, and create something new. Leadership is about mapping out where you need to go to "win" as a team or an organization; and it is dynamic, exciting, and inspiring.

Similarly, a great campaign manager possesses a clear vision, is courageous, and has integrity, honesty, humility, and a clear focus on the set KPIs. Great campaign managers help the audience find their way out, are not afraid to test new things backed by solid data that might be risky to others, and take the help of Analytics tools/software in the optimization process along the way.

#4 Self-development skills

Skills that improve awareness and identity, and develop talents and potential.
